Your Red Sea Moment Is Now

And the Lord shall utterly destroy the tongue of the Egyptian sea; and with his mighty wind shall he shake his hand over the river, and shall smite it in the seven streams, and make men go over dryshod.

And there shall be an highway for the remnant of his people, which shall be left, from Assyria; like as it was to Israel in the day that he came up out of the land of Egypt.

(Isaiah 11:15-16, KJV)

Isaiah 11... Isaiah 11:11... Romans 11...

God has continuously and consistently lead me to these scriptures regarding the remnant over the last 4 months. And when I say He has been leading me to it, I don't mean in a causal way.

Whenever I see these scriptures, it feels urgent. I can just feel it within my soul that it is urgent. I'm not randomly stumbling across these scriptures... God is intentionally placing them before me.

I first came across Romans 11 on 9/11/2020. There we see an Old Testament reference to when God promised Elijah that there was a remnant of 7,000 souls who did not bow down to the image of Baal. The message felt urgent to me then, but I couldn't decipher what God wanted me to say about it. So, I read it for my own consumption and moved on.

Then in late October 2020, I had an odd dream. In the dream, I saw the words Romans 11 and Isaiah 11. That was it. The dream was about 3 seconds long and the words were hazy. The words appeared to be shown on a projector screen that shone on old papyrus paper trimmed in a red border.

Obviously, when I woke I immediately read both scriptures but was still unaware of what to do with it. But I did compose "I Write For The Remnant" shortly after that dream. I also created a passionate social media post on 11/4/2020, when I came across Romans 11 yet again after the dream.

So after this post, I figured I had done what God wanted me to do. I sent up my smoke signal for the remnant. But on 1/12/2021, I had my 3 second dream again. The words Isaiah 11 appeared once again in the same hazy wording on the same old papyrus paper trimmed in red.

Might I add that the dreams are odd in nature. They almost don't feel like dreams at all. I am asleep when the words appear but it is always the type of sleep that is light enough for me to wake instantly to remember the dream.

Bear with me reader, I know this isn't a typical article but there is a message in this. So when I rose on 1/13/2021. I read Isaiah 11 again in its entirety. And this time I think I got it. This time I think I grasped what God was trying to show me in the last 4 months.

The Book of Isaiah is filled with prophecy of the 1st coming of Christ. Yet, Isaiah 11 is slightly different as it is prophecy regarding the 2nd coming of Christ. The above quoted scripture speaks of a Red Sea moment for the remnant. It states God will stretch His hand over the 7 seas and smite it so that men can go over on dry land.

This is not a past reference to Moses and how he parted the Red Sea with the assistance of God. This is about Christ's 2nd coming and how He will create a highway for the remnant on dry land just as it was done in Egypt. This is not past-tense, this is future tense!

At the 2nd coming of Christ, God will provide a highway for the remnant to walk straight through troubled waters on dryland. That highway will lead straight to glory with our Father where we will see worries no more. But before we get to that final highway, God has provided a present highway.

The highway that is created for us is our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

For Christ said in John 14:6 "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No man comes to the Father but by me". The path is clear. The waters of the seven seas have been elevated so people all over the world can walk on dry land towards salvation. Isaiah 11:9 states "the earth shall be full of the knowledge of the Lord, as the waters cover the sea". This highway will be known and accessible to all people everywhere.

God has given us the opportunity to walk through troubled waters without the currents over taking us. He parted the Red Sea for us to walk into salvation 2,000 years ago on the cross. And that same dry highway is available to us today.

Your Red Sea Moment is now.

Yet, the highway is reserved for the remnant only. Please do your due diligence to be counted apart of that final number. The highway to heaven is a beautiful road, a highway in which I plan to walk on one day. I pray that we can walk it together.

May the Lord bless you and keep you in all your ways.
